Responsibilities:

The Scrum Master Manager Chapter Lead is a servant leader who guides scrum masters and teams through successful execution of solution delivery processes to achieve target business outcomes.



This position manages and supports scrum masters in the chapter (employees and contingent labor) and is responsible for their development, growth and building of competencies. The manager maintains metrics associated with talent evolution and other staff administrative responsibilities within the Chapter.



The scrum master manager is inquisitive, and identifies relevant trends in managing team dynamics, motivation and organizational behaviors well as, backlog management and progress tracking, facilitation techniques, and tools that could improve skills and overall technology product delivery.



Acts as practice leader who is hands-on, contributes directly to the success of the team on occasion, acquires domain knowledge, and engages with scrum masters and coaches as a subject matter expert on practices for optimizing team performance.



Works closely with coaches and release train engineers to achieve value stream, journey and Agile Chapter objectives


Qualifications:
  • 7
    years experience working on agile teams as scrum master, product owner, coach, or leader of transformation. Able to implement scrum master role very well, and has successfully coached scrum masters.
  • 5
    years experience managing staff -- coaching, mentoring, and developing a highly motivated technical workforce. Experience interviewing, recruiting, hiring, assessing, and retaining technology personnel.
  • Solid understanding of agile software development methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience working with architects, data engineers, experience designers, testers, and support staff, and other teams to understand collective outcomes, and facilitating approaches and plans for achieving them.
  • Experience encouraging team members to create a rewarding working environment in which they are driven and motivated to have a real impact within their respected product teams.
  • Experience creating an environment of learning and continuously improving your skills, development team skills, and your chapter.
  • Experience in evaluating agile practices, running effective proofs of concepts, and coordinating technology vendor relationships.
  • Experience working on cross-functional initiatives and products that cover several organizations, business units or countries.
  • Experience in fast-paced Agile environments.
  • Recognized servant leader.

Education

Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably with a computer science concentration.


Master's Degree is a plus.

Salary: $24.23 - $55.05Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
